ABOUT THE FOUNDER

We are a consulting firm founded in 2018 by Desmond Delce.

​

Desmond graduated from Iolani School, then attended Yale University for two years.  He came home to Hawaii and graduated from the University of Hawaii at Manoa with a degree in journalism and a degree in economics. 

​

He then spent 4 years teaching English in Kanto, Japan (Tochigi, Saitama, and Gunma) as both an Assistant Language Teacher and an Eikaiwa instructor.

​

After that, he came home and went back to UH Manoa and gained his Master of Education in Teaching (MEdT) degree.  He taught for a short time for the Department of Education.

 

Desmond then spent some time working in the Bay Area, then decided to get his last degree, a Master of Business Administration, also from UH Manoa.

​

He has 6 years of management experience growing a home care agency from idea into a $5.6 million dollar a year business, two years of teaching experience, two years of restaurant management experience, and three years of retail management experience.  He has had almost 50 jobs in his life including security guard, bank underwriter, cashier, survey call center representative, and envelope stuffer.

​

He gained the SHRM-SCP designation in July of 2023. 

​

Desmond will use all of his experience to help your company improve processes to make the most profit with the least amount of effort possible.

​

He is a lifelong learner who loves to read and study how the universe works.
