About the Founder

Desmond Delce, SHRM-SCP, MEdT, MBA founded DF World Group to help small businesses increase revenue, reduce unnecessary expenses, and maximize profit through smarter strategy and stronger operations.

His career spans home care, health insurance, banking, retail, and food and beverage — giving him a practical understanding of how businesses operate in both regulated and service-driven environments. He earned dual degrees in Economics and Journalism from the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa, later completing a Master of Education (MEdT) and an MBA from the Shidler College of Business.

Desmond’s perspective is shaped by global experience. He spent four years in Japan teaching English as both an Assistant Language Teacher (ALT) and at a private conversation school, where living abroad broadened his understanding of leadership, communication, and cultural awareness. He also studied Mandarin Chinese for eight years, strengthening his fluency through daily conversations at his family’s restaurant — especially with his aunty, who helped turn classroom learning into real-world mastery.

As a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), Desmond believes profitability starts with people, process, and disciplined execution.
